Product Description
A professional digital thermometer with a large LCD display and auto shut off to preserve battery power, featuring a detachable stainless steel penetration probe. Also features BioCote® antimicrobial protection to fight cross contamination. Supplied with one penetration probe, one air probe and two AA batteries. Calibration certificate included. Range: -40°C to +125°C (-40 to +257°F).
