The Hoshizaki FM-600AKE-N is a modular nugget ice maker, producing soft, chewable ice ideal for fresh food and fish displays, beverage presentation, and healthcare or medical use. Nugget ice helps prevent “freeze burn” on displayed produce and is gentle on perishables.

Thanks to its auger-based ice making system, water consumption is equal to ice output – making this one of the most efficient machines in its class. Carbon auger bearings increase durability and reduce maintenance costs, while an automatic flush cycle keeps the ice-making chamber clean. A built-in controller with operational status display assists with diagnostics and maintenance.
