The Hoshizaki FM-480AKE-N is a modular nugget ice maker, ideal for fresh food, fish and beverage displays. It uses an advanced auger system to efficiently produce up to 430kg of soft, chewable nugget ice per day, with water consumption equal to ice output — minimising waste and maximising reliability.

The auger-driven system also helps eliminate “freeze burn” when used for food display. Built for durability, it includes carbon auger bearings and a robust automatic flush cycle that reduces maintenance demands. The integrated controller display makes operation and troubleshooting easy.
