The Hoshizaki FM-151AKE is a self-contained nugget ice machine, producing up to 140kg of high-quality ice per day. Nugget ice is ideal for seafood displays, fresh produce, bottled drinks, and healthcare environments. Thanks to Hoshizaki’s efficient auger system, water consumption is equal to ice output, reducing waste and improving efficiency.

This model produces soft, chewable nugget ice while preventing "freeze burn" on delicate food items. The automatic flush function, hygienic moulded bin, and operational status display all contribute to easier maintenance and longer equipment life.
