The Hoshizaki FM-1200AKE-N is a modular nugget ice maker designed for heavy-duty commercial applications such as seafood displays, beverage service, supermarkets, and healthcare. Nugget ice offers soft, chewable texture and helps prevent “freeze burn” on displayed produce or fish.

Its auger-driven ice making system ensures that water consumption is equal to ice output, making it highly efficient. Designed for hygiene and reliability, the unit features carbon auger bearings for durability and reduced maintenance, a self-cleaning flush function, and a diagnostic control panel to assist with operation and service.
