This system utilises Hoshizaki’s unique crescent ice production—crystal-clear, hard, crescent-shaped cubes that last longer in drinks and don’t clump in storage. Its enclosed bin design reduces cross-contamination risk, while the stainless steel evaporator resists caustic water and harsh cleaning agents—delivering industry-leading hygiene and durability.
