The Hoshizaki FM-750AKE is a high-capacity commercial flake ice maker producing up to 750kg of soft, moldable flake ice per 24 hours. Flake ice—made up of 70% ice and 30% water—is ideal for displaying fresh seafood, produce, and beverages, and is also widely used in healthcare and medical applications such as organ transport.

Thanks to its efficient auger system, the FM-750AKE ensures water consumption is equal to ice output, helping reduce waste and running costs. The unique auger design eliminates “freeze burn,” preserving the appearance and freshness of delicate items like fish and vegetables.

With durable carbon bearings, an automatic flushing system, and a clear operational status display, this unit is built for both high performance and reduced maintenance. It can also be converted to nugget ice with an optional extruding head and cutter.
