The Hoshizaki FM-500AKE is a high-performance flake ice maker producing up to 500kg of premium-quality ice every 24 hours. Flake ice consists of 70% ice and 30% water, making it ideal for healthcare, catering, seafood display, supermarkets, and cocktail bars. With its hygienic production and cooling power, flake ice is perfect for food preservation and medical transport applications.

This machine features an advanced auger system, ensuring water consumption is equal to ice production. "Freeze Burn" is eliminated, preserving the appearance and freshness of displayed goods. The durable carbon auger bearings reduce long-term maintenance costs.

The FM-500AKE includes automatic flushing for cleanliness, an operational status display for easy troubleshooting, and the option to convert to nugget ice by changing the extruding head and cutter (sold separately).
