The Hoshizaki FM-150KE is a self-contained flake ice maker, producing up to 130kg of hygienic, high-quality flake ice every 24 hours. Flake ice is ideal for displaying fresh seafood, produce, and beverages in retail and hospitality environments, and is also widely used in the medical field for organ transportation and cold therapy applications.

This machine features an efficient auger system that ensures water consumption equals ice production, eliminating waste. The unique flake texture prevents freeze burn and gently supports delicate items on display.

Built for commercial durability and hygiene, the FM-150KE includes a one-piece moulded bin with rounded corners for easy cleaning, a flush function to keep the system clean, and an integrated door handle to reduce contact contamination. It can also be converted to nugget ice with optional parts.
