The Hoshizaki FM-1200AKE is a high-output modular flake ice machine capable of producing up to 1030kg of flake ice per 24 hours. Designed for commercial use, this machine produces soft, moldable flake ice that’s ideal for displaying fresh seafood, produce, bottled beverages, and medical transport applications such as organ preservation.

Using an efficient auger system, water consumption is equal to ice output, helping reduce utility costs while maintaining hygiene. “Freeze Burn” is eliminated—preserving the freshness and appearance of displayed items.

The FM-1200AKE includes carbon auger bearings for lower maintenance, an automatic flush system for cleanliness, and a status display panel for easier diagnostics. This unit can also be converted to produce nugget ice with an optional extruding head and cutter.
