The Crema Pro Knock Bin comes in a sturdy commercial size, which separates into three parts for easy cleaning. The bin has been designed with small vents at the base to prevent a vacuum seal once a plastic bag is placed inside the bin. For added usability, it comes with a barista cloth that attaches via a carabiner clip.
