Description
This water resistant thermometer measures temperatures over the range of -50 to 200°C with a 0.1 °C resolution and features a max/min temperature recording function. At the back of the instrument is a discreet °C/°F and reset button. It incorporates a 3.5(Ø)x 120mm stainless steel penetration probe which can be used as a conventional food penetration probe thermometer.
