The new Charcoal Robata Grill combines the best elements of the traditional Japanese grilling with other styles of barbecue (skewers, shashlik, brochettes, churrasco, espetos, etc…) for the ultimate Charcoal experience.
Designed for front of house use, the Charcoal Grill tantalises customers with the flames and theatre of Charcoal Cooking.
The grease tray has been designed to hold the supplied stainless steel skewers, at a 45º slope over the embers, providing a perfect support to cook traditional fish skewers and all types of skewers.
The robata grills are equipped with a column with multiple positions to adjust the height of the grills, making it easy to control the intensity of cooking.
The upper shelf allows the skewers to be kept warm or to temper the products before to be cooked.
