The Rent to Buy Scheme
HOW DO I GET STARTED? Upon approval of your Rental Application, the Rental Agreement Documentation will be sent to you for your authority to proceed. Your future rental payments commence upon the date of delivery of the catering equipment. HOW DO I PAY MY RENT? All ongoing commercial kitchen and cooking equipment rental payments are made via weekly Direct Debit processing from your bank account to our finance company. We’ will provide you with the forms you need to arrange this.
The DDR form will list one month’s rental as the maximum amount to be debited (calculated as the weekly rental x 52 weeks / 12 months) as this will allow our finance company to adjust the amount debited to accommodate any variations or changes to your contract that you may require to better suit your business’ needs. WHAT ABOUT DELIVERY, INSTALLATION & WARRANTY? Delivery, installation and commissioning are not included in the cash price of the Rental Agreement. We can provide you with the contact details of an authorised agent to make arrangements of this for your choice of equipment. Warranty – New Equipment – As supplied by the Manufacturer subject to their Terms and Conditions of Trade Rent it Hospitality Service is usually done during business hours, which are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm. Service can be performed out of hours, however, the difference in the cost of a normal hours service will be the responsibility of the customer QUESTIONS?
