TERMS & CONDITIONS
Acceptance of Sale:
By placing an official order with CATERING EQUIPMENT .COM.AU
implies that you as the purchaser agree to all our terms and conditions
of sale as listed bellow. Please contact us direct if you have any
further enquires on 1300 794474 before ordering
any goods.
Payment:
All equipment must be paid for before any delivery is made. Payment
can be made by cash,credit, direct deposit or cheque. If cheque
is your choice of pay, we must wait until funds clear.
Returns:
Please choose carefully as there are no refunds.
Delivery :
All our delivies are done by our selected few couriers,
please be aware that our prices quoted would be for the driver to
deliver to shop front or your front door.
Our customers must be aware that they take full responsibility
to provide labour of unloading the equipment, extra persons will
be available at an extra cost ( please note this request is only
available in certain cities. Catering equipment warehouse should
be notified if you request this option.
For our customers goods we will securely pack all items some in
boxes or crates (insurance is available on request at an extra cost)
at no circumstances will our driver unpack or uncrate and dispose
of any rubbish. If you find any damages to items please notify us
on ph: 1300 794 474 within twenty four (24) hours of receiving goods,
we need to notify the manufactures or freight forwarder, if you
can obtain all documents including any images, so we can gain a
swift response.
Warranty :
The equipment is covered by the manufacturers warranty; some items
are a back to
base repairs whilst others are repaired on site. You may call the
