The Catering Equipment Warehouse has started our own Rent to Buy Scheme. This is an alternative for restaurateurs or cafe owners who want to free up their finances, avoid Director's Guarantees, and give themselves the ultimate flexibility to arrange their kitchen the way they want.

Unlike leasing, you are not putting assets on the line & reducing your ability to borrow. You’re also not locked into a four year term that inflicts harsh penalties if you ever need to change your setup. Unlike buying your equipment outright, you’re not outlaying a huge amount of cash straight away. You can minimise the cost to your business & retain the option to buy or upgrade if everything works out for you.

In fact, you’ll discover that you can get all the flexibility of renting for a few more dollars than purchasing outright! That’s why the 12-month Rent to Buy alternative is so popular with people who don’t want to compromise on equipment quality, yet want to save money and increase the flexibility of their business setup.
 
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Upon approval of your Rental Application, the Rental Agreement Documentation will be sent to you for your authority to proceed. Your future rental payments commence upon date of delivery of the equipment.  

HOW DO I PAY MY RENT?
All ongoing rental payments are made via weekly Direct Debit processing from your bank account to our finance company. We’ will provide you with the forms you need to arrange this.

The DDR form will list one month’s rental as the maximum amount to be debited (calculated as the weekly rental x 52 weeks / 12 months) as this will allow our finance company to adjust the amount debited to accommodate any variations or changes to your contract that you may require to better suit your business’ needs.

WHAT ABOUT DELIVERY, INSTALLATION & WARRANTY?
Delivery, installation and commissioning are not included in the cash price of the Rental Agreement. We can provide you with the contact details of an authorised agent to make arrangements of this for your choice of equipment.
    Warranty – New Equipment – As supplied by the Manufacturer subject to their Terms and Conditions of Trade
  Service is usually done between business hours, which are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm. Service can be performed out of hours, however, the difference in the cost to a normal hours service will be the responsibility of the customer
